等壁厚螺杆钻具定子衬套变形规律研究

摘    要:研究了静压和压差对等壁厚螺杆钻具定子橡胶衬套变形规律的影响,并与常规螺杆钻具定子衬套做了比较。分析结果表明,静压和压差作用对等壁厚定子衬套变形规律的影响与常规定子衬套相比有很大区别,如等壁厚定子衬套弧底位移最大,弧顶位移最小,与常规定子衬套相反;等壁厚定子衬套变形受内压作用影响比常规定子衬套小,且随着压力增加,等壁厚定子衬套内轮廓线各点法向位移增加较均匀;与常规定子衬套相比,等壁厚定子衬套具有更高的抗压能力和更好的密封性能。因此,采用等壁厚定子衬套可提高螺杆钻具的工作效率和延长其使用寿命。

Abstract:The effect of static pressure and pressure difference on the deformation law of the stator rubber lining in the iso-wall thickness screw drill was studied in this paper. It was compared with the effect of the ordinary stator lining.
