摘    要:针对连续管作业机相关配套工具不齐全,仅靠人力难以将直径50.8 mm以上的大管径连续管导入注入头等问题,研制了φ60.3 mm连续管导入装置。该装置主要由串联于牵引钢丝绳上的卡瓦式连接头、锁紧套、浮动套和导引头等组成,主体与连续管的等径匹配,使得导入装置不需借助外部动力,即可将连续管顺利导入注入头。现场10余次的应用表明,φ60.3 mm连续管导入装置使导入时间从过去的2 h缩短到40 min,操作人员从过去的5人减少到2人。

Abstract:In operating the coiled tubing unit, it is difficult to guide the coiled tubing with a diameter greater than 50.8 mm into the injection head only by manpower. Therefore, a guiding device forφ60.3 mm coiled tubing was developed. The device mainly consists of the slip-type connector, locking sleeve, floating ring journal and guiding head. The device's body matched with the coiled tubing of equal diameter so that it is able to guide coiled tubing into the injection head smoothly without the help of any external force. Over 10 guiding operations in Jianghan Oilfield and Liaohe Oilfield showed that the device shortened the guiding time from 2 h in the past to 40 min at present. And the operation was safe and reliable.
