亚温淬火对20SiMn2MoV钢低温韧度的影响

摘    要:采用常规热处理工艺和亚温淬火工艺对20SiMn2MoV钢进行热处理,以研究亚温淬火对20SiMn2MoV钢低温韧度的影响。研究结果表明,亚温淬火工艺可使20SiMn2MoV钢获得板条马氏体+针状铁素体的组织,能有效地提高其低温韧度;亚温淬火温度在800~840℃时,随着淬火温度的升高,铁素体的形态由块状变为针状,材料的低温韧度得到提高;常规热处理工艺试样的低温韧度不满足API 8C标准要求,而采用预备热处理为900℃淬火、最终热处理为840℃淬火+200℃回火的亚温淬火工艺,可使材料的低温冲击韧度和拉伸性能均满足API 8C标准要求。
