带多封隔器水平井作业管柱解封力分析

摘    要:根据封隔器解封过程中解封力在作业管柱中的传递特点,建立了带多封隔器作业管柱解封过程受力计算模型,给出了解封力在作业管柱中的分布规律和管柱变形量计算公式,利用Visual Basic语言编制了相应的计算软件。根据吉林油田某水平井实际作业参数,对带有多封隔器作业管柱解封过程进行模拟计算,并与现场监测值进行对比。结果表明,上提载荷和管柱变形量的模拟计算结果与监测值的误差分别为2.77%和3.10%,说明计算模型具有较高的计算精度,可以满足实际工程需要;在解封过程中,带封隔器作业管柱危险点出现在封隔器和造斜段位置,因此有必要对相应位置管柱强度进行校核。
