| 摘 要： | 在计算油管柱变形时如果忽略了管柱所处的温度场,则计算出的管柱变形量与实际变形量有很大差距。为此,根据传热学基本理论和井筒的特点,建立了深水油气井油管柱温度计算模型,并对管柱的热效应进行仿真分析,计算了不同传热材质、不同壁厚及不同内外壁环境温差条件下油管柱的内外壁温度值。结果表明,运用有限元软件对油管柱的内外壁温度进行模拟是可行的,模拟结果与热力学、传热学理论相吻合;根据数据拟合出的油管内外壁温度值变化规律公式具有正确性。
