| 摘 要： | 内管法免钻塞固井技术存在注水泥排量受限制,达不到紊流所需的顶替排量,固井质量不理想等问题;无内管不钻塞半程注水泥技术虽然解决了原钻塞的工序问题,但由于它采用缩径台阶,给采油作业带来了麻烦,尤其是影响了大直径工具的使用。为此,研制了一种免钻塞分级注水泥完井管柱。它在注水泥管柱中采用带定位机构的堵塞器来代替原完井管柱中的盲板,省去了钻塞工序。免钻塞分级注水泥完井管柱已在胜利油田、车排子油田应用30余口水平井,平均完井周期比原来缩短1 d,施工成功率100%。大通径完井给后续作业施工带来了极大的便利,减少了不必要的作业次数,降低了成本。

| Abstract: | There exist small inner tube, limited displacement of cement injection, replaced displacement capacity required by turbulence and unideal cementing quality in inner-tube plug-drilling-free cementing technology. Therefore, a type of plug-drilling-free staged cementing completion string was developed.
