摘    要:介绍了一种新型特殊用途纸管机的电气控制系统的设计。设计采用变频控制和人机.界面相结合的控制方式,生产速度提高7.5倍,产品质量大幅提高。该系统可视化操作界面使操作简便、显示直观、可集中控制、具有报警显示功能。该系统在投入使用后,运行稳定,达到理想的效果。

Abstract:The control system of a new special-purpose paper-tube machine is designed.By the combination of varying-frequence control and HMI,the speed of production increased to 7.5 times and the quality improved greatly.The use of visual operating interface made operatoring conveniently,displaying visually,controlling intensively and alarming displayed.The system has come into operation and the practical operation shows the system design is stable and reliable,meets the expected requirement of design.
