氮元素对SW333耐蚀塑料模具钢性能的影响

摘    要:通过车削试验、浸泡试验和极化曲线的测定,研究了氮对耐蚀塑料模具钢切削性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响,并与4Cr13钢作了比较。研究结果表明含氮SW333钢的切削性能和耐蚀性均优于4Cr13钢,氮元素提高了耐蚀塑料模具钢的切削性能和耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract:Effects of nitrogen adding on the cutting ability,corrosion resistance and polarization curves of corrosion resistant of the plastic die steel SW333 were presented by means of machining test and corrosion test,and compared with 4Cr13 steel.The results showed that the cutting ability and corrosion resistance of SW333 steel were better than that of 4Cr13 steel.The Nitrogen element increased the cutting ability and corrosion resistance of corrosion resistant plastic die steel.
