上海临港产业区低碳实践探索与思考

临港新城是国内最早开展低碳研究与实践探索的区域之一,2011年4月,临港产业区被列为上海市首批低碳发展实践区之一,将开展为期3年-5年的试点实践活动。为做好试点工作,探索低碳发展新模式,临港产业区已经制定了低碳实施方案。本文根据临港产业区特征和低碳发展目标,结合国内外低碳区域发展经验和笔者的多年工作实践,对其未来低碳发展路径进行研究思考,以期为今后的低碳实践试点工作提供有益参考。
