| 摘 要： | 十二五是我国加快转变经济发展方式的攻坚时期,是全面落实深化科学发展的重要时期。本文基于国家十二五重要发展方向与本市城市发展形势分析出发,对本市建筑节能进行了十二五展望,通过系列研究提出了本市建筑节能十二五发展目标,并围绕该目标,明确提出了十大重点任务,以及系列保障措施与政策需求,为本市建筑节能工作提供方向指导。
