| 摘 要： | 节能环保产业已被列为战略性新兴产业。但目前节能环保产业发展还不成熟,市场呈现散而乱的特征,产业价值链上下游缺乏整合动力。文章阐述了节能环保产业链整合的影响因素,通过对产业链整合模式的分析,提出了节能环保产业创新模式的可能路径和形式。
