| 摘 要： | 介绍了500 Mt/a常减压装置的能耗组成。通过分析装置综合能耗的影响因素,认为减少循环水、电、燃料、1.0MPa蒸汽的消耗是降低装置综合能耗的关键。采用先进控制系统、优化工艺操作条件,采取抽真空系统水冷器循环水回水二次利用、切削机泵叶轮、优化抽真空器组合方式、提高加热炉热效率的措施后,常减压装置综合能耗由2008年的...
