| 摘 要： | 针对用GB/T 5096—1985测定汽油、柴油铜片腐蚀性实验时间过长的问题,通过提高实验温度、缩短实验时间,建立了一种快速测定方法。研究考察了加热回流与加钢弹方式下铜片的腐蚀性,并与GB/T 5096—1985所测结果进行了对比。为保证快速测定方法的准确性,进行了多次验证实验。验证结果表明,快速测定方法简便实用,所测结果与GB/T 5096—1985测定的结果基本一致。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of time-consuming in testing corrosion on copper strip in gasoline and diesel according to GB/T 5096—1985,a rapid determination method was established by the experimental temperature improved then the time into short.Corrosion level of the strip was investigated in condition of refluxheated and in steel bomb respectively by the rapid method,the results compared with ones by GB/T 5096—1985.To ensure the accuracy of the rapid method,a series of replication tests had been performed. The results show that the rapid method is not only simple,convenient and practical,but also its results are fit in with GB/T 5096—1985. |
