| 摘 要： | 针对老主井箕斗提升不能实现定重装载的问题,介绍了基于PLC控制的液压式箕斗定重装载系统的原理、结构以及工作流程,并对液压系统各参数进行了设计、计算,阐述了PLC及模拟量输入模块的选型与I/O点数的确定,建立了PLC控制的硬件接线图及相应的控制流程图,有效提高了箕斗提升的自动化程度和生产安全性。

| Abstract: | For the problem of old main shaft skip hoist system can not achieve weight - fixed loading, introduced the principle, structure and workflow of a PLC - based main shaft skip weight - fixed loading system, designed and calculated parameters of the hydraulic system, expounded the selection of PLC and analog input module, the determination of I/O assignment, established the logic circuit diagram of PLC and the corresponding control flowchart, effectively increased the degree of automation and production safety. |
