| 摘 要： | 皮带是煤矿井下使用最频繁的设备之一,但井下皮带过多,难以实现有效的控制。为此,本设计提出了一种基于iFix的煤矿井下皮带集控系统结构,它实现了上位机与下层控制皮带的PLC设备的通讯,从而实现了井下皮带的集中控制、实时数据传输与及时报警,进一步提高了井下生产的安全性。

| Abstract: | Strap is one of the maximal used devices in coal mine,but it is so many used that it is difficult to effectively control.So,this design provides a kind of monitor system structure of coal mine which is based on iFix,and it realizes the communication of monitor system with PLC.With the assistants of PLC,the strap is able to be concentrating controlled,transmitting real-time data and alarming to the monitor system.The most important is that it enhances the security of coal-mine product. |
