摘    要:制造电解银催化剂的废液中的银用 NaCl 处理得到 AgCl 沉淀。AgCl 随即溶解于氨水,再用硫化物与之反应可得 Ag_2S 沉淀。在空气中高于570℃条件下将 Ag_2S 与 Na_2CO_3一起焙烧即可得到金属银。银的转化率可达99.0%,并且回收银中的铁含量低于10ppm。


Recovery of Silver from Waste Electrolyte from Electrodeposited Silver Catalyst Manufacturing Process
Abstract:The waste electrolyte from electrodeposited silver catalyst manufacturing pro-cess is treated with NaCl solution to precipitate AgCl which is dissolved byaqueous NH_3.Silver is precipitated out by treating the solution with a sulfide toform an insoluble Ag_2S.The Ag_2S is converted to Ag by calcining with Na_2CO_3in air at above 570℃,99.0% of the silver containing less than 10ppm iron canbe recovered.
