| 摘 要： | 提高城市信号交叉口的通行能力与服务水平，是解决与改善城市交通拥堵的根本目标．基于昆明市的交通状况及已有大量调查资料，采用一种以V／C比(负荷度)为指标的分析方法，以利于交叉口通行能力的提高和服务水平的改善．研究结果为昆明市交通规划和管理部门提供决策与方案有重要的参考价值．

| Abstract: | The radical goal to resolve and improve the urban traffic congestion is to increase the capacity and service level on signalized intersection. According to the traffic condition and a number of studied materials in Kunming, an analytical method considering v/c rate as the object is adopted to increase the capacity and improve the service level at intersections. The findings have a very important referential value in decision-making, urban planning and department management in Kunming. |
