摘    要:针对钨细泥钨回收率低、金属流失严重的问题,对某钨矿钨细泥进行全浮选试验。结果表明:捕收剂苯甲羟肟酸与731氧化石蜡皂组合使用,既能有效回收黑钨矿,也能有效回收白钨矿,在pH值为7~8的弱碱性条件下,钨的回收率达到86.01%,比常规的重选方法高20个百分点以上。两种捕收剂的联合使用提高了钨的综合回收率。

Abstract:An entire floatation experiment was done in a certain tungsten-slime in order to do away wlm me low recovery rate of tungsten-slime and heavy losses of tungsten metals. The results show that the application of combination collectors, benzyl hydroxamic acid and 731 oxidized paraffinum sodium salt, can float both wolframite and scheelite. In the weak acidic medium of pH value of 7-8, the tungsten recovery reaches 86.1%. In comparison with the conventional gravitational treatment, the recovery rate increases by 20 % by applying the combination collectors.
