摘    要:Co-25W合金丝是制作高精度航空仪表轴尖的专用材料。对用粉末冶金法和熔铸法获得的两类合金及其不同加工态的试样进行了时效处理。通过金相和SEM观察、维氏硬度测定及XRD相分析研究指出,该合金时效硬化的机理是第二相(Co_3W)的析出强化。其强化效果主要与时效温度有关,时效时间影响不大,加工变形量影响第二相析出的动力学过程。因此,合理调整时效温度和时间,可使不同加工态的合金材料都能达到相同的强化效果。

Abstract:Co-25W alloy wire is a special material used for producing aviation apparatus axle journals. Powder metallurgy and melting processes were used to preparing the alloy,and the samples suffered from different treatments were aged in H_2. By means of metalloscopy,SEM, Vickers-hardness measuring and XRD analyses,the mechanism of age-hardening was investigated in detail. It was shown that the strengthening is ascribed to age precipitated Co_3W phase. The strengthening effect is obviously dependent on aging temperature. Whereas, the influence of agung time is weak. The deformation ratio has influence on dynamics of the precipitatin,to by well-selecting aging parameter,the same hardening effect could be obtained for the samples with different deformation ratio.
