| 摘 要： | 详细介绍了一种新型可倾式重力浇铸机的控制系统，其中包括液压控制系统和PLC控制系统。液压系统是浇铸机的驱动系统，它具有传递功率大、结构简单、响应快、运动平稳等优点，而且控制和调节简单、方便、省力，既可实现自动化控制又具有过载保护等优点；PLC控制系统具有操作灵活、使用方便及设计周期短等特点。实践证明，在浇铸机高温、高湿、灰尘大的恶劣环境下，此控制系统能够可靠地工作。

| Abstract: | The control system of a new type inclined gravity casting machine was described, including hydraulic System and PLC system. Hydraulic system is driving system of the gravity casting machine, it has the characteristic of simple structure, fast speed of response, moving smooth and steady, and it is easy to adjust and control. PLC system has the characteristic of short design cycle and is flexible to manipulate. The control system can be used in the gravity casting machine. |
