金属加工用水基润滑剂的分离与分析

摘    要:为确定某金属加工用水基润滑剂组成成分,采用先经溶剂萃取预处理,再通过柱层析进行分离和提纯,然后对收集的馏分进行红外光谱、元素分析。用其它已知原料作为组分进行复配后,经过上述的预处理和柱层析分离,对所得馏分进行红外光谱等分析,结果与已知相符。对于金属加工用水基润滑剂以及类似体系产品,采用柱层析方法分离和提纯较简便、可行,分析结果具有较高的实用价值。

Abstract:In order to confirm the component of some water-based lubricant for metal working, it is adopted that solvent extraction pretreatment is at first, separation and purification by column chromatograph is at second, then using the collected fraction to analyze the infrared spectrum and elements. Using other known raw materials as component to be compounded, by above pretreatment and column chromatograph to separate, the obtained fraction is analyzed with infrared spectrum, the result conform to known. For water-based lubricant for metal working and similar series products, using column chromatograph to separate and to purify is more handy and feasible, the analysis result has higher applied value.
