瞻榆风电集中接网静态电压稳定等值研究

摘    要:瞻榆风电集中接网工程属于典型风电汇集送出系统。随着风电装机容量增加及送出功率增大,瞻榆汇集送出系统是否存在静态电压稳定破坏风险,是确定安全运行边界的重要约束条件。针对典型风电汇集送出系统,开展了静态电压稳定问题等值研究,评估了影响静态电压稳定极限点传输功率的关键因素,通过建立等值系统研究了瞻榆风电汇集送出系统的静态电压稳定问题,研究结果为确定实际运行安全边界提供了技术依据。

Study on Static Voltage Stability Equivalent for Zhanyu Centralized Wind P ower Integrated into P ower Grid
Abstract:Zhanyu wind power integration project uses a typical central integrated method. With the increasing wind power generators and power outputs, studying the risk is necessary for static voltage stability from Zhanyu centralized outgoing system. It is an important con?straint condition to determine the safety operation boundary. This study is based on typical wind power centralized outgoing transmission system. The paper includes system equivalent study of static voltage stability, the assessment of the key factors which have impact on transmission power at static voltage stability limit and case study of static voltage stability of Zhanyu centralized integration system from building equivalent system. The results provide theoretical and technical support for determining the actual operation safety boundary.
