| 摘 要： | 阐述了发电企业电煤采购成本管理的现状,指出不同发电企业间电煤采购成本对标工作存在的突出问题。通过对电煤采购成本和燃用成本影响因素的分析与研究,提出了完善电煤采购成本对标方法和开展电煤燃用成本对标工作的建议。
