摘    要:就秦山第二核电厂机组MODE-A固有特性,不适当的调峰方式会不同程度引起放射性污水排放超标、核燃料包壳应力增加、堆芯寿期末硼浓度难以控制、局部反应堆功率瞬态、核燃料废弃及经济能损严重等症状,削弱了该系列反应堆运行安全裕度,极易诱发人因事件。针对这些非安全因素,结合区域电网电源分布结构,参照国外核电机组调峰现状及经验反馈,提供可参考的建议。

Analysis and Suggestion on Nuclear P ower Unit P articipating in Grid P eak Regulation Based on MODE-A
Abstract:As for the inhered characteristic of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant phase Ⅱ MODE?A, grid peak regulation or lower power operation can lead to different scale, the radioactive waste liquid excessive release, nuclear fuel tube stression increase, uncontrollabil?ity of boracic acid concentration in the last period for the reactor core, partial reactor power transient and nuclear fuel discarded which result in economy loss which can reduce the reactor operation safety redundancy. According to current status and feedback of overseas nuclear power plant peak value regulation, the reference suggestion combined with region grid power source structure for the non?safety factor is provided .
