| 摘 要： | 依照PLC与虚拟仪器相结合的设计思路,介绍了潜水泵电性能综合测试系统的功能和软、硬件构成.系统能完成耐压、匝间绝缘、冷态电阻、热保护及电参数等测试项目,测试方法符合国家标准.系统硬件主要由测试模块、PLC和工控机构成.系统软件以LabVIEW为开发平台,采用模块化形式,根据用户设定表自动分解生成程控步进行试验.测试结果可以曲线、图表等形式保存或输出,具有较强的灵活性和实用性.
