气辅共注成型中熔体充填过程的数值模拟研究

摘    要:基于流体体积法的纯有限元技术,采用体积加权平均共享的思想,建立了气辅共注成型中熔体充填过程的理论模型。采用高效稳态混合有限元数值算法,实现了气辅共注成型中熔体充填过程的全三维数值模拟,最终给出了数值模拟算例,并根据对比验证了数值模拟的可靠性。

Abstract:Based on the volume of fluid(VOF)method and the idea of weighted average of each phase's volume fraction,the mechanism model of multi-melt filling process was put forward in gas-assisted co-injection molding.With the efficient and stable numerical algorithm,the simulation of multi-melt filling process was achieved in gas-assisted co-injection molding.Finally,some cases of multi-melt filling process were simulated.The results were corre-sponded with the ones of other researchers.
