摘    要:随着钢铁工业的快速发展,对钢水洁净度的要求日益增高。锰铁合金作为炼钢过程的脱氧剂及合金添加剂,其品位受到冶金界的极大关注。文章主要概述锰铁合金脱磷渣系的研究现状及其应用于锰铁工业化脱磷中存在的不足,指出锰铁合金脱磷渣系的开发方向,并重点对含稀土氧化物渣系用于锰铁合金脱磷的可能性进行分析预测。

Review on dephosphorization for ferromanganese alloy
Abstract:With the rapid development of iron and steel industry, the requirement for steel cleanliness is increasing. As deoxidizer and alloy additive in steelmaking process, the quality of ferromanganese alloys has been of great concern to the field of metallurgy. The research status of ferromanganese alloys dephosphorization slag series and its shortage for applying in the ferromanganese industrialized dephosphorization was summarized to point out the development direction of ferromanganese alloys dephosphorization slag series, focusing on analytical predication for the possibility of application of the oxide slag series containing rare earth to the dephosphorization of the ferromanganese alloys.
