摘    要:近年来,随着土地资源供需矛盾的紧张加剧和废弃矿区生态环境的持续恶化,加强对矿区废弃地的修复治理已成为江西经济社会发展亟待解决的重大问题。文章运用AHP 法和模糊综合评判法对矿区废弃地的综合利用进行方案优选和生态恢复效果的综合评价,为有色金属行业转型升级提供政策建议。针对矿区废弃地采场、排土区、尾矿区特点以及不同污染程度选择合适的综合利用方案,以德兴铜业为例阐述了生态恢复治理的具体实施。

Evaluation on ecological restoration of comprehensive utilization of nonferrous metal mine spoils in Jiangxi
Abstract:In recent years, with the increasing tensions of imbalance between land supply and demand and the continuing deterioration of ecological environment of abandoned mine, strengthening the restoration of abandoned mining area has become a major problem of economic and social development for Jiangxi. AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of comprehensive utilization of abandoned mining area and ecological restoration programs preferred effect comprehensive evaluation were used to provide policy advice to non-ferrous metals industry restructuring and upgrading. Specific implementation of ecological restoration of governance was elaborated taking Dexing Copper as example, with regard to the characteristics of stope of mining wasteland, dumping area and tailings area, as well as the selection of the appropriate utilization programs according to different degrees of pollution.
