基于有限元方法的压裂泵连杆疲劳强度分析

摘    要:压裂泵连杆在工作过程中受到复杂的交变载荷作用,为防止发生疲劳破坏,对压裂泵连杆疲劳强度进行分析。首先建立五缸压裂泵连杆装配组件有限元模型,然后在考虑过盈配合及联结螺栓预紧力装配条件的情况下,对连杆的几种极限工况进行静力有限元分析,获得连杆在各工况下的应力应变,接着将各工况静力分析结果导入疲劳分析软件FE-SAFE中,从而确定疲劳载荷谱,并以此计算连杆疲劳寿命及疲劳安全系数,对连杆疲劳寿命进行定量分析。结果表明,压裂泵连杆疲劳寿命及疲劳强度满足设计要求。

The fatigue strength analysis on connecting rod fo fracturing p ump based on FEM
Abstract:The connecting rod of fracturing pump works under complicated changing loads in fracturing condi -tions.In order to prevent the occurrence of fatigue damage , it is necessary to calculate fatigue strength of the connecting rod .It builds the assembly connecting rod model of 5 cylinders fracturing pump , defines some limit-ing conditions such as interference fit and pre -tightening force of coupling bolt for analysis of connecting rod , obtains the stress -strain results based on software ANSYS .It extracts a sequence of statics analysis results to software FE-SAFE, defines the load spectrum, calculates the fatigue life and fatigue safety factor .The results show that the fatigue life and fatigue strength of the fracturing pump connecting rod can meet the design require -ments.
