摘 要: | 为得到寿命更长的钩爪,基于有限元仿真对“华龙一号”反应堆驱动机构钩爪的堆焊工艺进行优化。首先建立堆焊工艺仿真模型,通过仿真结果确定合理的焊接工艺和参数;然后根据优化后的焊接工艺进行零件试制,并对试验件进行金相检验、硬度检验和热态寿命试验。试验结果表明:采用钴基合金堆焊耐磨面的双齿钩爪具备较高的硬度和耐磨性,满足第三代压水堆核电厂对驱动机构运行寿命的要求。

Abstract: | In order to get more life long for latch of ACP1000 CRDM, it simulates its welding process and obtains the optimal result .Firstly it builds the model of welding latch process , determines the bead welding technology and parameters based on the simulation results , realizes the tests according to the optimal parameters .The metal-lographic test , hardness test and hot life test show that the process using cobalt base alloy bead welding wear -resisting surface latch can improve the hardness and abrasion resistance , meet the operating life of driving mecha-nism of requirements . |
