摘    要:将纳米零价铁颗粒负载到颗粒活性炭上,能有效地解决纳米零价铁易氧化易团聚的问题,而且还能增大其比表面积和稳定性.采用SEM、比表面积与孔径分析和XPS对材料进行表征.纳米零价铁填充于活性炭的孔隙中,其粒径在50~100 nm之间.使用该材料对50 mg/L 的Cu2+溶液进行去除试验研究,在铁含量为10.99%,投加量为15 mg/L,反应pH=5,反应时间为24 h时,对Cu2+的去除率达到85.06%.实验室的初步试验结果表明该材料对水相中的Cu2+具有较好的去除效果.

Removal of Cu2+in mine drainage by using nanoscale zero-valent iron loaded activated carbon
Abstract:The loading of nanoscale zero valent iron particles on granular activated carbon can efficiently solve problem of the oxidation and clustering of nano zero valent iron. In addition, the specific surface area and stability of nano zero valent iron can be increased. SEM, specific surface area and pore size analysis and XPS we re used to characterize the materials. The nano zero valence iron is filled in the pores of activated carbon whose particle size is between 50~100 nm. The removal experiments were performed on the Cu2+solution (50 mg/L) by using this material. When the iron content is 10.99%, the dosage 15 mg/L, the pH 5, reaction time 24 h, the removal rate of Cu2+reaches 85.06 %. The results show that the material has a good removal effect on Cu2+in the aqueous phase.
