碳纤维表面镀镍工艺研究

摘    要:为优化碳纤维表面电镀镍的工艺条件,采用电镀法在碳纤维表面沉积一层纯镍层,通过正交试验法研究了不同工艺参数下碳纤维增重率的变化,探讨电流密度、电镀时间和镀液温度对镀层表面形貌和厚度的影响;并用冷热循环法测试不同厚度镀层与碳纤维之间的结合力.结果表明,采用电流密度0.56 A/dm2,电镀时间6 min,温度50℃时制备的镍镀层表面光洁、均匀致密,是较为理想的镀层.

Surface nickel plating on carbon fiber
Abstract:A layer of pure nickel is deposited on the surface of the carbon fiber surface by applying electroplating to optimize the technological conditions of nickel plating on carbon fiber surface. The weight gain rates of carbon fiber in different parameters were studied by orthogonal experiment by analyzing the effects of current density, plating time and temperature on the morphology and thickness of the coating. The adhesion between different thickness of coating and carbon fiber were tested by applying thermal cycling method. The results show that the surface of the nickel coating is smooth and uniform under the following conditions, current density 0.56 A/dm2 , plating time 6 min, temperature at 50 ℃.
