分散剂对石墨烯正极浆料的影响

摘    要:以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO9)为分散剂,添加到含少层石墨烯粉末的三元材料LiNi1/3Mn1/3Co1/3O2正极浆料中,制备出分散性较好的含石墨烯三元正极浆料。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电池测试系统及电化学工作站对含不同质量的分散剂的正极极片的形貌、电性能和内阻进行表征。研究表明,加入0.4 %的分散剂制作出的正极极片导电率最高,有效抑制正极浆料中石墨烯颗粒的团聚现象,降低正极材料界面内阻,提高循环性能;在2.75~ 4.2 V电压范围内,以1 C充电6 C放电情况下,循环500次后,容量从126 mAh/g衰减至106.2 mAh/g,容量保持率为84.2 %,而未加分散剂含石墨烯的容量保持率为80%。

Effect of dispersant on cathode slurry of graphene

Abstract:The slurry of ternary materials LiNi1/3Mn1/3Co1/3O2/grapheme composites as cathode materials was effectively dispersed via adding primary alcobol ethoxylate (AEO9). By scanning electron microscopy (SEM), electrochemical workstation and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests, the positive plates with different quality of dispersants were characterized for morphology, electrical properties and internal resistance. The results show that the positive electrode exhibits the best electric conductivity, the lowest interfacial resistance and the best electrochemical performance while 0.4 % of the dispersant is added to the slurry which makes the most effective dispersion. Within the range of 2.75~ 4.2 V and under 1 C charged and 6 C discharged, the discharged capacity will be reduced from 126 mAh/g to 106.2 mAh/g after 500 cycles and with the capacity retention ration at 84.2%while discharge capacity retention ratio of battery without dispersant is 80%.
