| Abstract: | Starting from the perspective of legal relation of L/C,the article analyzes the subject and contents of L/C and then based on these it shows legal characters of L/C and the relevant theories.Aiming at the criticisms against the theories,the article expounds the legal characters L/C from the opposite way. |
