摘    要:分析了ICP-AES法测定锌锭中铝含量的测定过程和测量不确定度的主要来源。对Al测定中溶样过程的样品称量、体积定容、测定过程的标准溶液配制、曲线拟合、重复性测量等环节的不确定度分量进行分析和合成,并计算了扩展不确定度。

Abstract:It is analyzed the determination of aluminum content in zinc billet with ICP-AES method and the main source of undeterminedness.Various undeterminates in sample weighing,volume measuring,standard solution compounding,curve fitting and repeated determination are analyzed and composed,and extended undeterminedness calculated.
