摘    要:利用空间解析几何的原理建立了管管相贯数学模型,用参量方程描述了被切管焊接坡口的几何形状,并对数控切割运动进行了研究,将切割运动分解为管的回转、割炬平移、割炬倾斜、割炬倾角四轴运动,该数学模型可应用于四轴联动火焰数控切管机.给出了建立数学模型所需参考平面和数控切割时相贯线、局部两面角、割炬倾角、旋转角的参量表达式.通过切...

Abstract:The mathematical model of intersecting for two pipes was built with the theory of analytical geometry, the geometric shape was described by the parametric equation. Then the NC cutting movement was studied, which could be divided into four axis motions such as pipe rotation, torch moving, torch bevel and torch bevel rotation. Thus, the model could be applied in four-axis flame NC pipe cutting machine. The parameter expressions for NC cutting were given, such as intersecting curve,local dihedral, torch bevel angle and rotation angle, as well as the reference plane required to build the model. With the simulation of real cutting, the relation between cutting motion and each parameters was analyzed.
