玉米秸秆气化特性研究

Abstract:The gasification processes of cornstalks respectively contained moisture at 10% , 20% and 30% , were simulated on the basis of AspenPlus software. When the air-biomass ratio varies from 1 to 2, the main performance indexes of the gasification process were calculated, which include syngas molar fraction, syngas LHV, carbon conversion efficiency and gasification efficiency. Through increasing gasifying agent temperature from 25℃ to 250℃ , the gasification process optimization was made. The results showed that when the air-biomass ratio was less than 1.6, syngas LHV and gasification efficiency were enhanced obviously, but had no obvious changes at the ratio more than 1.6. The conclusions would be beneficial references to biomass gasification technology.
