摘    要:为实现对固液二相流中纳米颗粒运动的实时观测,选用荧光显微镜、CCD摄像机及注射泵等设计了一套纳米颗粒固液二相流观测设备.采用此设备对纳米颗粒尺寸为55nm左右的小管道固液二相流动实现了实时观测.实验结果表明,纳米颗粒在小管道中的流动与流体运动基本一致,随动性较好,在流体小管道流动的研究中可作为示踪粒子使用.随着流量的增加,纳米颗粒运动速度出现分散分布.溶液中纳米颗粒浓度对二相流管道横截面上的流动状况有一定影响.

Abstract:In order to get the real-time observations on nanoparticle-liquid two-phase flow, an experimental apparatus with a fluorescence microscope, a CCD camera, a syringe pump and other assistant equipment was setup. Using the experimental apparatus, the two-phase flow in which diameter of the solid phase is about 55 nm was observed. Experimental results indicated that nanoparticles followed the flow in micro channels. So in the research of microfluid, nanoparticles can be used as the seeds to track the flow of liquid. With the increase of flow the velocities of particles became dispersed. The solid concentration had some effects on the speed distribution in the cross section of the channel.
