摘    要:介绍了国内外带钢连续热镀锌工艺技术的研究现状,包括工艺的优化和改进、锌锅技术、镀层耐蚀性的提高和表面质量的改善以及高强钢热镀锌的研究进展等,讨论了近期和将来一段时间内热镀锌工艺技术研究的重点,指出我国应在合金化工艺、锌渣控制、高强钢可镀性和表面质量提高等方面加强研究。

Abstract:Current process and technology investigation situation in the field of hot-dip galvanization at home and abroad is introduced briefly,including progress,zinc pot technology,coating corrosion resistance,surface quality and high strength steel hot-dip galvanization,etc.Current and future investigation keys are also discussed.Based on the review,it is pointed out that galvannealing,zinc dross control,wettability of high strength steel and surface quality improvement should be investigation keys in China.
