海南电网“8.5”事故分析

摘    要:本对海南电网1994年8月5日发生的一起由于110kV线路故障引起系统振荡的事故进行了分析,对事故中保护动作正确与否作出了评价。分析结果表明,造成事故扩大的根本原因在于故障线路两侧保护拒动,引起相邻线路后备保护动作跳闸,以及电网结构不合理,故障时使系统稳定破坏,引起振荡。

Abstract:In this paper,an analysis of the contin-gency of power system oscillation is presented whichwas caused by the fauIt in a ll0 kV transmission lineof Hainan power system , and an appraisal on the ac-tion of protective relaying on the fault is given, Theresult of analysis indicates the basic reason of the faultaggravation was that the relaying protection of the linebei ng at fault failed to operate,it caused the back-upprotection in adjacent line to trip out,thus the trunkframe of the network became so irrational,that thestability of the system was damaged,and the oscilla- tion of the power system occured. Based on the abovementioned analysis,some suggestions to ensure thesafe operation of the power system are put forward.
