| 摘 要： | 利用豆饼水解液的方法将菜子饼水解液用于L 异亮氨酸发酵 .找到了使用营养缺陷型菌株进行L 异亮氨酸发酵时 ,菜子饼水解液在种子培养基和发酵培养基的最佳添加量。通过比较 ,产酸不受影响 ,在 30t吨罐上进行工业化大生产 ,与实验结果相一致

Application of hydrolyzate of degreased rape-seed in L-isdeu cine fermentation |

| Abstract: | We use the hydrolyzate of degreased rape seed, instead of hydrolyzate of degreased beans, in L isdeucine fermentation. In fermenting the nutrition required strain, we find the optimum quantity of hydrolyzate of degreased rape seed in seed culture medium and fermentation culture medium. Experimental results agree well with that of industrial production in a 30 t fermentation tank, without affecting Acid producing quantity. |
