| 摘 要： | 对鞍钢三炼钢厂中间包应用的CaO质陶瓷过滤器进行了实验研究，从装有陶瓷过滤器和未装陶瓷过滤器的挡墙侧水口上方及各自的连铸坯中取样，并用电解法和吸收光度法测定了夹杂物的总含量及分量。实验结果表明，陶瓷过滤器对于滤除钢液中的Al2O3、SiO2夹杂作用显著。

| Abstract: | Ceramics filter in the tundish of No^3 steelmaking plant of anshan iron & steel group has been studied.The samples were sampled from the tundish which installed ceramics filter on one side of dam,uninstalled ceramics filter on the other dam,and the corresponding continuous casting slab.The content and the composition of the inclusions were analyzed by the methods of electrolysis.The experimental results indicated that the effect of filtering the inclusions Al 2O 3,SiO 2 with the ceramics filter was striking. |
