| 摘 要： | 关键机组的大修工作为整个乙烯装置检修的核心部分，其检修质量的好坏和检修进度直接决定了乙烯装置的检修统筹。文章从基层设备工程师角度，阐述了乙烯装置关键机组检修前、检修中、检修后的各项管理工作，并对关键机组的检修方向进行了初步探索。

| Abstract: | The overhaul of the key equipment is the core for the maintenance of the entire ethylene unit.The quality of its maintenance and the repair schedule will directly determine the maintenance co-ordination of the ethylene unit.From the viewpoint of a field equipment engineer,this paper describes the management in each stage of the key equipment maintenance for the ethylene unit,and makes a preliminary exploration on the direction of key equipment overhaul. |
