| 摘 要： | 城市三维模型的应用近几年来发展飞速，受到了人们的普遍关注和重视，但其高昂的建设费用和复杂的数据处理又使人望而却步，不能大范围铺开。为此，作者提出了能够进行立体观察的同名数字正射影像图的概念，并详细阐述了这一产品的实现原理、技术特色、生产方法和在城市管理中的应用。

| Abstract: | In years,the application of city three-dimension model developed very quickly,got widespread attention,but the construction cost and difficulties are so great that the construction is not easy to expand.Thus,the paper gives the the concept of corresponding digital orthophoto map applying to stereo scene,and discusses the theory,characteristic,production and application in city management. |
