| Abstract: | The author compares differences between European developed countries and China in housing industry development and points out the housing constructions in European countries highlight on the improvement of housing comfort degree, energy saving and utilization of environmental protection measures to improve the housing comprehensive functions and pay attention to community planning for meeting the social requirements of various levels and creation of construction system to raise the industrialization level of housing construction. |
