摘    要:建立了焊接方法选择、焊材选择和坡口选择的计算机推定模型。采用VFP6.0建立了焊接数据库及其管理系统;实现了焊接工艺参数的计算机自动推定,在给定的母材牌号、板厚和结构形式等条件下,焊接工艺参数推定系统能推定出相应的焊接方法、焊接材料、坡口形式、预热温度和焊接规范参数。

Abstract:The computer reasoning models of selecting system of welding method, welding material and welding groove were established in the paper. Welding databases and its management system were also established in VFP6.0. Welding procedure parameters were realized to auto-infer by computer under the condition of given base metal trademark, thickness of plate and construction type, the reasoning system of welding procedure parameters could infer corresponding welding method, welding material, welding groove, preheating temperature and welding standard parameter; welding databases.
