基于磁流变阀的采煤机恒功率控制应用

摘    要:通过对采煤机牵引特性和调速特性分析及实际工作中的恒功率控制,提出基于磁流变阀的触觉技术的采煤机功率控制方法.提取采煤机截割电机的电流及转速等信号,控制器据此输出控制信号,控制基于磁流变阀的触觉力反馈装置,操作者依据感受到的手柄阻力,调节采煤机的牵引速度,使截割电机接近额定功率工作.仿真、试验结果显示,该方法能够明显提高采煤机截割部的工作效率并避免过载使用,且此控制方式结构简单,容易实现.
