电站锅炉结渣倾向性模糊综合评判

摘    要:基于模糊数学原理,以分辨率较高的7个指标包括煤灰软化温度t2,煤灰硅比G,煤灰硅铝比SiO2/Al2O3,煤灰碱/酸比B/A,无因次炉膛最高温度t,无因次实际切圆直径d及综合指数R构成评判因素集。对取自6个电厂的煤灰的结渣程度进行了综合判断,并将其结果与实际结渣情况进行了对比,以验证模型的可靠性。

Abstract:Based on the Fuzzy sets principles, selected seven indexes whose accuracy is higher as factor sets,and use this model to judge coal ash samples slagging property from six power plants.The results of the Fuzzy multifactorial accord with the results of the industry application.It confirms the accuracy of the Fuzzy multifactorial decision.
