电机滚动轴承的噪声及其控制措施

轴承噪声是近年来电机工作者们共同关注的话题,文章分析了影响轴承噪声的主要原因,简要介绍了问题的预防及解决措施。电机的噪声由机械噪声、电磁噪声和通风噪声三部分组成,其中机械噪声的主要来源之一是轴承噪声,因此,控制电机的轴承噪声可以有效降低电机的整体噪声。轴承是电机的主要故障点之一。当电机轴承出现故障时会体现在轴承的振动、噪声与发热上,而三者之间又互相关联,互相影响,因此,解决电机的轴承噪声可以降低电机的轴承故障,提高电机的整体质量水平。

The Noise,and Its Controlling Measures of the Rolling Bearings of the Electrical Machine

Recently, the bearing noise has come to the people’s attention. This paper analyzes the main reason that the bearing noise is caused, and intorduces the precaution and measures. There is mechanical noise, electromagnetic noise, ventilation noise in the motor, and the mechanical noise is is mainly caused by the bearing. Therefore, controlling the bearing noise can reduce the motor noise effeciently. The bearing is one of the main faults. If the motor bearing defaults, the vibration, noise and heating can present, and the three conditions are related,and influenced. Therefore, resolving the motor bearing noise can reduce the motor faults, and improve the whole quality.
