摘    要:利用现代测控技术和计算机技术研制了MHK-500环块摩擦磨损试验机的智能化测控系统。该系统在无人操作的情况下可连续检测、计算并存储试验过程的摩擦力、载荷、摩擦因数和温度,且试验机改造前后对比试验结果表明,本系统的试验数据是可靠的且测试精度和重复性得到了提高。

Abstract:An intelligent testing system of MHK-500 ring-block tribometer was developed by using the modern measure and control technology and computer-aided technology.With the developed testing system,the parameters such as friction force,load,temperature and coefficient of friction can be on-line measured during the tests.The collected data of those parameters can be calculated and saved.The tested results show that the developed testing system can keep the good reliability of the test data and has better test precise and data repetition as compared with the original system.
